1. Technical information needed to serve the website

We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and security. When you visit, the provider needs to process IP addresses, request times, page paths, browser and connection information to deliver pages, maintain security and troubleshoot issues. Technical information is handled under the service configuration and provider policies. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

2. Optional website analytics

Ordinary website pages load Google Analytics 4 only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand page visits, sessions and interactions, App Store link clicks and online tool usage counts. Analytics may involve browser identifiers, browser and device technical information, language, page paths, referring website origins (without their page paths, queries or fragments), fixed campaign labels, session timing and events such as scrolling or outbound-link interactions. Google also processes technical information needed to receive network requests.

We do not add your name, email, app editing content, image files, filenames, image dimensions, aspect ratios or image formats to analytics events. Our custom events exclude the current page’s query string and fragment. We do not use website analytics to create personalized advertising profiles or sell this information.

Google Analytics reports may include statistics associated with sessions or browser identifiers; this should not be understood as an absence of all personal information processing. See the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies, preferences and your choices

You can accept analytics, reject analytics or close the prompt without choosing. Google Analytics does not load without consent or after rejection. Browsing, tools and download links remain available. Change your choice at any time through Analytics settings here or in the footer.

We use the country or region information Cloudflare derives from the visiting IP address to decide whether to show an analytics prompt automatically. This check does not request device location permission or return or store your IP address. Visitors identified as being in mainland China, and those whose region cannot be determined, are not prompted automatically. Optional analytics remain off without consent; you can open Analytics settings to make a choice.

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. On expiry, it becomes unset and the regional prompt rules above apply. Google Analytics cookies, such as _ga and _ga_*, are configured to last up to 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit. Rejecting or withdrawing stops analytics loading and clears related analytics cookies on this domain. If analytics is already loaded, the page reloads to stop it running. Withdrawal does not automatically undo prior lawful processing; contact us to make a data request.

The website also stores your language preference locally for subsequent visits. Clear site data in your browser to remove it. Language and consent preferences implement your settings and are not used for advertising tracking. If local storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. This Website Privacy Policy page never loads Google Analytics, including when you have allowed analytics elsewhere on the site.

4. Online image tools

The image size and aspect ratio checker reads your selected image in your browser and computes dimensions, ratio, format and file size on your device. It does not upload the image file, filename or those image parameters. If you allow analytics, we send a tool usage event without your image parameters.

Copying results writes them to your system clipboard. You decide whether to paste or send them elsewhere. Closing or refreshing the page does not leave an image copy on our website servers.

5. App Store links

If you allow analytics, download links may include source parameters identifying the page category and button position so we can understand which entries bring visits. They do not contain your name, email or image information. If you decline analytics, our download links do not add these source parameters.

Following a link takes you to Apple’s service. A website click alone cannot establish that you completed a download. For Apple’s handling of visits, downloads and purchases, see the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Contact information, retention and service locations

When you email us, we receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send, to handle the inquiry, support request or rights request. We keep that information until the request is resolved and for as long as needed for related disputes or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Section 3 describes preference and analytics cookie lifetimes. Analytics report retention is determined by the time needed to evaluate website visit trends and resolve related issues; information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized. The hosting service handles technical logs under its security, troubleshooting and applicable retention rules.

Google, Cloudflare or your chosen email provider may process information outside your country or region. We will make the data protection arrangements required by applicable law. Contact us for information about recipients, retention and how to exercise rights relating to your information.

7. Your rights and children

You can refuse or withdraw optional analytics, clear browser data and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or exercise other applicable rights. We will perform verification relevant to your request and respond within the applicable legal timeframe, without requesting unrelated information.

The website is not intended to collect children’s personal information. Users under 14 should provide personal information by email only with a guardian’s knowledge and consent. Guardians can contact us about that information.
